Pierce Riffle is located along the Rogue River in Grants Pass, Josephine County, Oregon. The park hosts a wide variety of plant and animal communities. The illustrated interpretative trail sign (32″x68″) depicts over 50 plants and animals in their various habitats found at the park. The illustration below is just one of many displayed at the trail head kiosk. Commissioned by the Josephine County Parks Department (1998).
